본 장비는 표준시간의 Data를 받아 매시 시보음을 발생하는 장비이다. 정시 전 3초간 예비음을 발생하고 정시에 정시음을 발생한다. 2대의 장비를 서로 Link시켜 사용하면 1대의 장비가 고장시에도 다른 1대의 장비로 자동 절환되어 운용된다. 모니타용 Speaker와 Time display 장치가 있어 장비의 운용상태를 확인할 수 있다. Tally 출력을 보유하고 있어 시보음 발생과 동시에 외부 장비를 연계하여 구동할 수 있다. 19″표준 Rack mount형 (1RU)으로 되어 있다.
